Oct 03 saw the first bit of paint go on the car, is was light blue primer. The body kit, bonnet, boot and doors were removed before the first layer of paint went.  It was done in blue primer first because it makes any imperfections easier to see in a darker colour. (see pictures)

Once most of the imperfections were removed the body kit was mould to the car, that's when the first layer of real primer went on. With the primer on you can start to get a much better idea of how the rear lights are going to look, and how the grill is going to look. (see pictures)

With the car now all primed up the the car could get painted, with the paint all do for the second time as the first the paint crack and blob up. things were looking good.
